These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of lifepodoficial.com (the "Site"), operated by Life Pod ("Life Pod", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Adults only

Our products contain or may contain nicotine and other substances intended only for adults. You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age to purchase these products in your country. By confirming your age you declare that this is true.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about Life Pod products, authorized resellers and product authenticity. We do not sell products through the Site. Purchases are made through authorized partners or by contacting our team, subject to the laws of each country.

3. Product information

We try to keep product information (specifications, flavors, images and availability) accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice and may vary by market. Images are for reference. Products shown as "Coming soon" are not yet available and their details may change before launch.

4. Health warnings

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
